Services
Boost100x LLC provides automated communication systems for local service businesses, including missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, appointment booking, and review generation services. Services are delivered via GoHighLevel CRM on behalf of clients.
SMS Communications & Use Cases
By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Boost100x LLC. SMS messages are used for the following purposes: (1) responding to inquiries submitted through our website, (2) scheduling and confirming strategy calls or service appointments, (3) sending follow-up communications related to your inquiry, and (4) providing service updates related to your account. Message frequency varies by service and inquiry type. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications from Boost100x LLC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications sent by Boost100x LLC. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier. Boost100x LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.
Carrier Liability
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other mobile network operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Boost100x LLC does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked by carrier filters.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or consent to receive SMS communications from Boost100x LLC. By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to individuals under 18.
No Spam Policy
We do not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists. All contacts in our system have initiated contact with us or our clients directly.
Limitation of Liability
Boost100x LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
