Boost100x LLC provides AI-powered communication and lead management automation services for local service businesses — primarily HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping companies. We are not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. Accordingly, Boost100x LLC is not a HIPAA-covered entity.
The services we provide do not involve the collection, storage, transmission, or processing of Protected Health Information (PHI), which includes individually identifiable health information relating to a patient's physical or mental health, healthcare treatment, or payment for healthcare services.
What Data We Do Collect
Boost100x LLC collects only the business and contact information necessary to provide our services — including name, business name, phone number, email address, industry type, and general service inquiries. None of this information constitutes Protected Health Information under HIPAA.
Our Service Businesses
The service businesses that use Boost100x systems (HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers, etc.) also do not fall under HIPAA, as they are not healthcare providers. The customer data flowing through our automation systems relates solely to service scheduling, lead follow-up, and review generation — not healthcare services or health records.
Our Privacy Commitments
While HIPAA does not apply to Boost100x LLC, we take privacy seriously for all individuals who interact with us. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
